Each class will be a unique experience. The asana, breathing techniques, meditation styles, mantras and mudras will change practice to practice as all things do. This is by design to keep you in alignment with the day, season, and internal + external climate.

Essentially, Ayurveda is a way of living in alignment with the worlds within and around you by cultivating balance through diet, lifestyle, and day to day habits that support your nervous system, physical body, spirit and unique dharma (path).
